Do you offer international shipping?
I am offering international shipping at this time, but please be aware of USPS restrictions at this time. You can view USPS limitations HERE.
While I am accepting Canadian orders, they may be put on hold due to the Canada Post strike.
Please note that you are responsible for any VAT or duty fees. I will always declare packages at a lower value, but if you would like to request a specific threshold, please contact me immediately after placing your order.
I am currently NOT shipping to any countries in the EU due to new GPRS regulations. EU orders will be refunded. The UK is no longer a member of the EU, so UK shipping is still available. Thank you!
When will my order arrive?
Due to recent USPS delays, please give domestic orders up to 2 weeks, and international orders up to 2 months to arrive.
What happens if my package is lost?
Unfortunately, everything past the post office is out of my control. I will do my best to contact carriers to locate your package, but it doesn't gaurantee anything. I can offer a refund or resend another package if there is stock.
Do you accept returns?
No. If we mailed you the incorrect items, please let me know and I'll send you the correct ones!
How should I order for pickup?
Please contact me via DM or email so I can give you a code to waive your shipping fee, and let me know which event you'll be picking up at! Please note that pickup orders are only available for certain events.
Do you take group orders?
Yes! If you would like to put in a group order please contact me privately so I know how to pack your orders, as well as adjust shipping based on your package weight.
