Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, however USPS has recently raised their prices, so overseas shipping is very expensive. Please be mindful of restrictions that may apply to your country. You can view restrictions here.
When will my order arrive?
Domestic orders take 3-7 business days. Please give international orders up to a month to arrive.
What happens if my package is lost?
Unfortunately, everything past the post office is out of my control. I will do my best to contact carriers to locate your package, but it doesn't gaurantee anything. I can offer a refund or resend another package if there is stock.
Do you accept returns?
No. If we mailed you the incorrect items, please let me know and I'll send you the correct ones!
Do you take group orders?
Yes! If you would like to put in a group order please contact me privately so I know how to pack your orders, as well as adjust shipping based on your package weight.
